BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make bookings no later than 12 hours in advance. Where possible we will accommodate you inside this period however, we cannot guarantee availability. If your tour is cancelled due to inclement weather we will endeavour to reschedule your tour at a time that suits you. Where rescheduling is not possible you will be entitled to a full refund. All cancellations must be made in writing to Tamaki Hikoi. All cancellations outside 48 hours of the tour commencing will incur an administrative fee of 20%. Where a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the tour commencing, no refund will be offered.
ALLERGIES & MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Please be advised that it is your responsibility to notify us of any allergies or food requirements that you may have in order for us to ensure that we have appropriate provisions available, this includes allergies to bees and plants.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
Tāmaki Hikoi is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staff and visitors by providing the information, training and supervision required to achieve this. Tāmaki Hikoi will take comply with all New Zealand Health & Safety regulations, however, employees and visitors need to be aware of their responsibilities and comply with the Tāmaki Hikoi health and safety policy. These responsibilities include complying with correct procedures and equipment, wearing appropriate clothing and footwear, as and when required, reporting any pain or discomfort as soon as possible, helping new employees and visitors to the workplace understand the right safety procedures and why they exist.
